Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use wiville.com or buy from Wiville. Wiville is operated by Wiville. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email info@senibe.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and, for orders shipped within the United States, include tax. Shipping is charged per order and is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from the images and measurements shown. Check the quantity, size and details on the product page before you order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States and to the other countries listed at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery, and these are not included in our prices. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Using our website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with how it works, access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
